Our Story: Built on Experience, Care, and a Love for Dogs
The Bed & Biscuit was founded by Andrea Witt, whose career in professional pet care spans more than 15 years. After managing a well-established, family-owned dog care facility, Andrea set out to create something of her own — a place that reflects what she believes dogs deserve most: consistency, compassion, and individualized care.
The property itself has a long history of welcoming dogs. Once home to a well-known lodging facility, it closed its doors in 2020 and later suffered extensive tornado damage in 2024. Today, in the care of Andrea and her husband Tom, the property stands as a fresh beginning — one rooted in experience and shaped by intention.
