CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We require deposits to hold your dog’s reservation and guarantee their space. When a booking is made, we dedicate time, staffing and resources specifically for your pet.

Deposits help prevent last-minute no-shows and allow us to offer fair, reliable availability to all families.

  • 50% deposit for peak/holiday bookings. Deposits become nonrefundable within 7 days of arrival.

  • Daycare cancellations or repeated no-shows may affect your daycare status. We keep our numbers small so every spot matters.
